Product returns

The products you ordered did not meet your expectations or you decided not to buy them? The product does not fit into the arrangement?

You can return it, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract of sale concluded on the TW Meble Internet store.

Request procedure:

1. If you have created a user account at twmeble.pl store, log in person, go to your order history, view the order from which you wish to return the product and then click on return cached and follow the displayed instructions.
2. If you bought a product without registering an account at twmeble.pl store, follow the steps below:
